- Leave the mask on for at least one hour. You can do other activities during this time, such as reading a book. You can leave the mask on for up to 8 hours.
- After use, remove the mask.
- Store the mask in a dry place, away from humidity, to ensure its durability.

It is recommended to clean the mask once or twice a week with lukewarm water and a neutral detergent. Avoid putting the mask in the washing machine to maintain its elasticity. Prefer hand washing.
