❄️ Cold use
Place the mask in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours before each use. Then position it on your face and enjoy this moment of freshness for at least 15 minutes of pure bliss!
🔥 Hot use
Place the mask in the microwave for 20 seconds. Check that the mask's temperature is not too high before placing it on your face. Enjoy 5 to 10 minutes of absolute relaxation.
