1. Apply in the evening, to perfectly dry and non-irritated skin (use a hairdryer if necessary).

2. Allow to dry completely before dressing or sleeping.

3. Rinse in the morning with soap and water: effectiveness lasts up to 5 days, even after showering.

4. At the beginning of treatment, apply every evening for one week, then 2 to 3 times a week for maintenance.
